| Meeting a Campus' Growing Recreation Needs + Student Body | |||
In 1996, private St. Mary's College High School became co-educational. It was at that time that we completed this $3.5 million, 14,000 square foot addition and gymnasium. The new structure greatly augmented the campus' facilities and its overall appeal to a broader range of prospective students. |

To respond to the steep site, the structure steps up the hillside and the gymnasium is located on the second level |

Above and to the right of the gymnasium, a skylight and Kalwall translucent window walls feature motorized shading devices for soft lighting, environmental control, and energy reduction |
